Bakalářská práce se zabývá projektem polyfunkčního rodinného domu s kavárnou v Liberci. Rodinný dům má tři nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepen. V domě se nachází dvě bytové jednotky a v prvním nadzemním podlaží provozní část určená pro kavárnu. Provozní část je od bytové části oddělena, obsluha je zajištěna obyvateli objektu. Vstup do rodinného domu je z jihovýchodní strany objektu. Objekt má tvar složený z obdélníkových částí a je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. Pobytové místnosti jsou orientovány na jihozápad. Rodinný dům je navržen z jednotného zdícího systému. Svislé konstrukce jsou provedeny z keramických tvarovek Porotherm. Vodorovné konstrukce jsou také v systému Porotherm. Při zpracování byl kladen důraz na dispoziční řešení, architektonický vzhled, statické požadavky a bezpečnost užívání. The bachelor thesis deals with the project of a polyfunctional detached house with coffee bar in Liberec. The detached house has three above-ground floors and a partial cellarage. There are two housing units in the building, on the ground floor is a buisness space for a cafe. The facility part is separated from the residential part and it´s operation is provided by the residents. The entrance to the house is located on southeast part of the object. The building has a shape composed of rectangular parts and is covered with a single-layer flat roof. Residential rooms are oriented to the southwest. The detached house is designed from a single masonry system. The vertical constructions are made of Porotherm ceramic pieces. Horizontal constructions are also in Porotherm system. During processing, emphasis was placed on layout solutions, architectural appearance, statics requirements and safety of use.
