Bakalárska práca je vypracovaná na Fakulte podnikateľskej VUT v Brne v rámci odboru Ekonomika a procesný management, program Ekonomika a management. Práca je rozdelená do štyroch častí, pričom prvá časť sa zaoberá teoretickými poznatkami z oblasti sústruženia, nástrojových materiálov a vymeniteľných rezných doštičiek. Druhá časť je analytická a venuje sa súčasnému stavu používaných nástrojov vo firme ZWL Slovakia – Výroba ozubených kolies Sučany, s.r.o. V tretej časti je navrhnutý a testovaný nástroj novej koncepcie s VRD. Posledná časť sa venuje možnému návrhu optimalizácie a jej dopadu z technicko-ekonomického hľadiska. Bachelor thesis was written as part of study branch Economics and Process management on the Faculty of Business and Management in Brno. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge of turning, materials and indexable cutting inserts. The second part is analytical and consists of analysis of used tools in company ZWL Slovakia – manufacturing of toothed wheels Sučany, s. r. o.. The third part is devoted to proposal and checking new cutting tool with indexable cutting inserts. The last part is devoted to optimization possibilities and their impact on technical and economic point of view.
