Hlavním cílem předkládané diplomové práce byl návrh na změnu konceptu motivačního systému ve farmaceutické firmě. Na základě načerpaných teoretických východisek a realizovaného výzkumu stávajícího stavu ve firmě byly navrženy konkrétní změny motivačního systému ve formě benefitů, které přispějí k celkovému zvyšování spokojenosti farmaceutických zástupců a k zefektivnění jejich práce. Thesis is focused on proposing changes of motivational system in pharmaceutical company. Specific changes of motivational system which improve effectiveness and satisfaction of pharmaceutical representants are based on realized research of actual motivational system in company and it´s theoretical basis.
