Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zlepšení systému práce ve skladovém hospodářství ve firmě Thermona spol. s.r.o. a návrhy na jeho zlepšení. Práce se skládá z teoretické, analytické a návrhové části. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy výroby a skladování. V analytické části na základě poznatků je popsán stávající stav ve výrobních a skladovacích prostorách firmy. V závěrečné části jsou navrhnuta řešení, která napomohou ke zlepšení chodu firmy. This thesis focuses on the analysis material flow of the production systemat Thermona Ltd. and suggestions for improvements. The work consists of theoretical, analytical and design parts. Thetheoretical part contains the basic concepts of production. In the analytical part, there is described a current situation in production area softhe company on the basis of theoretical knowledge. In the final part, the solutions are designed to help improve the business.
