Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na varianty financování pořízení dlouhodobého majetku. V teoretické části představí následující definice ekonomických pojmů jako dlouhodobý majetek, odpisy, jednotlivé varianty financování a finanční analýzu. V praktické části se zaměří na konkrétní společnost, která zamýšlí o koupi nového užitkového vozu, zhodnotí její finanční zdraví a posoudí nabídky úvěrů a leasingu od bankovních a leasingových společností. Závěrem vyhodnotí nejvhodnější variantu financování. This bachelor’s thesis is focused on options of financing fixed assets acquisition. In the theoretical part it is presented following definition of economic background as fixed assets, depreciations, options of financing and financial analysis. The practical part is focused on the particular company, which intends to purchase a new utility vehicle, evaluation its financial health and considering the loan offering and leasing of banking and leasing companies. Finnaly, there is evaluated the most appropriate option of financing.
