Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice projektového managementu. Jejím cílem je návrh projektu na zavedení informačního systému pro vybranou společnost s využitím teoretických poznatků projektového managementu, které jsou popsány ve druhé kapitole této práce. Třetí kapitola obsahuje informace o firmě a analýzu statistických hokejových systémů. Ve čtvrté části práce je předložen návrh projektové dokumentace a přínosy návrhů řešení. This diploma thesis deals with a project management issue. The aim of the thesis is to propose a project for the implementation of information system in a selected company with the use of theoretical knowledge discussed in the second chapter. The third chapter contains information about this company and the analysis of ice hockey statistical systems. In the fourth part of the thesis is presented the proposal of project documentation for the implementation and the benefits of suggested solutions.
