Táto diplomová práca sa venuje úprave marketingového mixu vybranej spoločnosti pri importe novej značky nákladných pneumatík na slovenský trh. Práca pozostáva z troch hlavných častí. Prvá časť sa venuje vysvetleniu teoretických pojmov, ktoré súvisia so skúmanou problematikou. V druhej časti je pozornosť venovaná analýze súčasného stavu vybranej spoločnosti, kde sú využité vybrané analýzy. Súčasťou tejto časti je výskumná časť, ktorá sa zameriava na marketingový mix oslovením cieľového segmentu. V poslednej časti sú na základe analýzy vytvorené návrhy a odporučenia ohľadom marketingového mixu, s cieľom osloviť vybraný cieľový segment na slovenskom B2B trhu.
This diploma thesis deals with the adjustment of the marketing mix of a selected company when importing a new brand of truck tires to the Slovak market. The work consists of three main parts. The first part deals with the explanation of theoretical concepts related to the researched issues. In the second part, attention is paid to the analysis of the current state of the selected company, where selected analyzes are used. It includes a research part, which focuses on the marketing mix by addressing the target segment. In the last part, there are proposals and recommendations regarding the marketing mix which are based on the analysis, in order to address a selected target segment in the Slovak B2B market.
