Tato práce se zabývá investováním formou nákupu bytu v různých krajských městech České republiky. Zaměřena je především na zjištění výnosnosti těchto investic za předem stanovených parametrů. V práci jsou rovněž popsány a zohledněny majetkové, daňové i právní aspekty jednotlivých investičních variant. This Master´s thesis deals with investing in buying a real estate in the various regional cities in the Czech Republic. It focuses primarily on the determination of the yield of these investments at a pre-defined parameters. There are also described and considered property, tax and legal aspects of investment options.
