Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh hydraulicky naháněného jednoúčelového manipulátoru pro manipulaci se samonosnými formami ve slévárenském provozu. První částí práce je rešerše zaměřená na danou problematiku, zejména na rozdělení manipulátorů dostupných na trhu. Druhá část práce je věnována návrhu konstrukčních variant, výpočtu hlavních částí, návrhu hydraulického obvodu a popisu konstrukčního řešení finální varianty. Součástí práce je 3D model a výkresová dokumentace finální varianty. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is a design of a hydraulically driven single-purpose manipulator for handling self-supporting form in the foundries. The first part of the thesis is research focused on the problematics, especially on the distribution of manipulators available on the market. The second part is devoted to the design of the design variants, the calculation of the main parts, the design of the hydraulic circuit and the description of the design the final variant. The work includes 3D model and drawing documentation of the final variant.
