Bakalářská práce se zabývá sledováním nákladů a jejich snižováním v konkrétním podniku. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, které je nutné znát při řešení problematiky řízení nákladů. Na základě praktické části, kde je analyzován podnik v pětiletém období, je na konci stanoven návrh na snížení nákladů. Bachelor‘s thesis deal with monitoring costs and their determination by a particular company. First part explains the basic concepts that you need to know to solve this problem. In practical section I analyze the company which help us to get information about their development in period of five years. The work will also propose possible solutions based on existing problems.
