Cílem bakalářské práce je posouzení ekonomické efektivnosti nízkoenergetické výstavby. V práci je přiblížena problematika nízkoenergetické výstavby, její charakteristika, rozdělení, materiálové možnosti, metodika hodnocení a možnosti ekonomického posouzení ve vztahu k investičním nákladům. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na srovnání investičních a provozních nákladů při výstavbě klasického a nízkoenergetického rodinného domu. V závěru práce je zpracován průzkum veřejnosti formou ankety, která se věnuje ochotě lidí investovat zvýšené finanční prostředky do nízkoenergetické výstavby za předpokladu budoucí úspory. Výstupem bakalářské práce bude výpočet návratnosti zvýšených - počátečních investic při výstavbě referenčního objektu v nízkoenergetickém variantě. The aim of this thesis is to assess the economic efficiency of A low-energy construction. The paper focuses on low-energy construction, its characteristics, devision, material options, methodology of evaluation and possibility of economic assessment in regard to investment costs.The practical part of the Bachelor paper focuses on comparing the investment and operating costs for the construction of low-energy house to a classic one. Further, there is a survey of public opinion researched in the form of opinion poll, which deals with the willingness to investmore money in a low-energy construction with a hope for future savings. The outcome of this thesis will present the calculation of returnability of an investment on the construction of a reference object in a low-energy version.
