Tato diplomová práce se týká projektové dokumentace Multifunkčního domu v Ledči nad Sázavou. Objekt je čtyřpodlažní a není podsklepen.Budova je navržena jako cihelná stavba ze systému Porotherm v půdorysném tvaru obdélníka s plochou střechou. Krytina bude provedena z měkčeného PVC šedé barvy. V přízemí domu se budou nacházet prostory pro komerční účely a ostatní tři nadzemní podlaží budou sloužit pro ubytování. Dům je umístěn na nezastavěném pozemku s rovinným terénem. Na pozemku bude rovněž zřízeno parkoviště s kapacitou 36 stání pro osobní automobily. This thesis concerns the design documentation multifunctional house in Ledeč of the town. The building has four floors and no basement.The building is designed as a brick building from Porotherm in plan a rectangular shape with a flat roof. Roofing will be made of soft PVC gray. The ground floor will be located premises for commercial purposes and the other three floors will be used for accommodation. The house is located on undeveloped land with the ground plane. On land will also be established with a capacity of 36 parking lots for cars.
