Bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze sportovní organizace Regionální sportovní středisko mládeže Brno, které je zaměřené na přípravu začínajících brokových střelců olympijských disciplín trap a skeet. V práci je provedena analýza organizace a návrhy na zlepšení. The bachelor´s devote to analysis of sport organization Regional sports center of youth Brno, which is specialized to training begginers of shooters at olympics events trap and skeet. In the thesis is made analysis of organization and suggestion to improvement.
