Cílem bakalářské práce je provést vyhodnocení a porovnání vlastností vybraného typu frézy od společnosti Dormer Pramet, s.r.o. a několika konkurenčních fréz s vyměnitelnými břitovými destičkami pro frézování vysokými posuvy. První část práce se zabývá úvodem do problematiky frézování vysokými posuvy a charakteristikou vyměnitelných břitových destiček ze slinutých karbidů. Druhá část práce se zabývá popisem vybraných typů fréz použitých při experimentálních zkouškách, charakteristikou obráběných materiálů a použitých přístrojů. Třetí hlavní část se zabývá měřením a výsledky provedených řezných zkoušek. V závěru jsou výsledky vyhodnoceny v technicko-ekonomickém zhodnocení. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate and compare the properties of a selected type of milling cutter from the company Dormer Pramet, s.r.o. and several competing milling cutters with replaceable inserts for high feed milling. The first part deals with an introduction to the issue of high feed milling and the characteristics of replaceable inserts made of sintered carbides. The second part of the thesis deals with the description of selected types of milling cutters used in experimental tests, the characteristics of machined materials and used instrments. The third main part deals with the measurement and results of the performed cutting tests. In the end, the results are evaluated in the technical-economic evaluation.
