Práce se zabývá návrhem technologie výroby oka pístnice z oceli 11 523 v množství 30 000 ks. Z variantního řešení byla jako nejoptimálnější metoda vybrána technologie zápustkového kování. Na základě literární studie problematiky a výpočtů bude výkovek zhotoven jako dvojkus v jednodutinové zápustce pomocí bucharu, několika údery v dokončovací dutině. Dle spočtené energie byl zvolen pneumaticko-hydraulický buchar KHZ-4A o jmenovité energii 40kJ. Nástroj byl vyroben z nástrojové oceli 19 552, tepelně zpracované podle výkresové dokumentace. Technicko-ekonomické hodnocení bylo zaměřeno na celkové náklady na materiál polotovarů a náklady na výrobu kovacího nástroje, jejichž celková hodnota je 1 229 507 Kč. The project deal with technology design of production of the piston rod eye from steel 11 523 in the amount of 30 000 pieces. From various possibilities of technology was chosen as the most optimal method the technology die forging. Pursuant to the study of literature and calculations there will be made the forging as a double-edged in single-cavity die on hammer witch several hits in finishing hollow. According to the calculated energy there was selected pneumatic-hydraulic hammer KHZ-4A witch stated energy of 40kJ. The tool was made of steel 19 552, heat-treated according to the drawing documentation. The technical and economical evaluation was focused on the total material cost of the semi-finished material and the cost of manufacturing forging die, which is 1 229 507 CZK in total.
