Tato bakalářská práce popisuje dřevostavby, jejich konstrukční varianty a jejich výhody a nevýhody. Pro typ moderní rámové dřevostavby je v práci proveden výpočet technickohospodářských ukazatelů (dále THU). Z analýzy získaných dat autor navrhl dvoustupňovou aplikaci pro stanovení hodnoty THU rámové dřevostavby, a to v 1. stupni pomocí metodiky THU; IT (technickohospodářské ukazatele, interní třídník). Tato metodika vychází z principů používaných v souvislosti s rozpočtovými ukazateli. Ve 2. stupni autor navrhl metodiku THU; KV (technickohospodářské ukazatele, komplexní vzorec). Tato metodika je založena na principu výpočtu hodnoty THU úpravou výchozí hodnoty pomocí koeficientů reflektujících vlivy ovlivňující hodnotu THU. 1. stupeň je určen pro implementaci do databází rozpočtovacích softwarů. 2. stupeň je určen pro implementaci do softwarů typu Microsoft Excel. This bachelor thesis describes wood structures and their structural systems along with their advantages and disadvantages. In the thesis calculation of technical-economic index (TEI) was performed for certain type of modern wood frame structure. From data analysis the author proposed two-stage application for determining the value of TEI of wood frame structures. In the first stage the author proposed methodology TEI; IC (technical-economic index, internal classifications), which is based on the principles used in the context of budgetary indicators. In the second stage the author proposed methodology TEI; CF (technical-economic index, complex formula). This methodology is based on calculation of TEI, where the default values are modified by coefficients reflecting influences affecting the value of TEI. The first stage is designed for implementation in the budgeting database software. The second stage is intended for implementation in software such as Microsoft Excel.
