Cílem bakalářské práce je uvést dokumentaci potřebnou ke stanovení ceny stavby při vypracování projektové dokumentace. Uvést vliv vyhlášky č. 230/2012 Sb. a nový zákon č. 55/2012 Sb. o veřejných zakázkách. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je aplikovaná na případové studii. The aim of this work is to bring the necessary documentation to the pricing structure for the preparation of project documentation. Indicate the effect of Decree No. 230/2012 Coll. a new Law No. 55/2012 Coll. on public procurement. The theoretical part of the thesis is applied to a case study.
