Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi stanovení ceny budovy pro sport a rekreaci pomocí účelových a měrných rozpočtových ukazatelů. V první řadě vymezuje základní pojmy a definice, které se týkají této problematiky a v praxi jsou v mnoha případech používány špatným způsobem. V druhé části práce je popsána tvorba nové datové základny stavebních objektů pro tělovýchovu na území České republiky, která je sestavena z deseti subjektů postavených v posledních pěti letech. Objekty v databázi jsou pro budoucí tvorbu ukazatelů indexovány přechodnými indexy. V této části nalezneme vypočtené dva měrné a jeden účelový rozpočtový ukazatel. Tyto rozpočtové ukazatele, které se vážou k jednotkové ceně za metr krychlový základního obestavěného prostoru, metr čtvereční hrací plochy a ceny za jednoho sedícího diváka na tribuně, by měly odpovídat reálným nákladům na stavbu se stejným účelem. V poslední části práce nalezneme grafické a textové popsání rozdílů mezi vlastními a od soukromých společností ÚRS CZ a.s. a RTS, a. s. publikovanými hodnotami pro měrné a účelové ukazatele. This thesis concentrates on setting prices of buildings for sports and recreation using specific budgetary indicators. It mainly defines basic concepts and definitions which concern these issues and are in many cases wrongly used in practice. The creation of a new database for structural objects used in sports buildings in Czech Republic consisting of ten analyzed subjects built in the last five years can be found in the second part of this thesis. Subjects included in the database are for further creation of indicators indexed with transitional indexes. The calculations of two specific budgetary indicators and one final budgetary indicator can also be found in this part of the thesis. These indicators that are linked with the unit price for a square meter of a primary enclosed space, the square meter of a playing area and the price paid by a sitting spectator should match the real costs of a building with the same purpose. The last part of this thesis contains graphic and verbal description of the difference between my own calculated values of budgetary indexes and values published by private companies ÚRS CZ a.s. and RTS, a.s.
