Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi financování vlastního bydlení na území České republiky. Konkrétně je analyzováno využití hypotečního úvěru a stavebního spoření. Oportunitně je v úvahu brána i možnost nájemného bydlení, které může pomoci řešit potřebu bydlení. Jako jedna z modelových možností je v práci analyzována i postupná nízko nákladová výstavba z vlastních prostředků svépomoci či rekonstrukce. This thesis focuses on the possibilities of financing homeowners in the Czech Republic. It specifically analyzes use of mortgage loans and home building savings. It also accounts for the possibility of rental housing, which can help resolve the current need in the housing market. One of the modeled options analyzed in this thesis is a gradual low cost construction of one's own resources, self-help or reconstruction.
