Tato práce je zaměřena na vytvoření návrhu na doplnění portfolia fondu kvalifikovaných investorů o tituly ze segmentu společností vyrábějících polovodiče. V teoretické části práce jsou představeny fondy kvalifikovaných investorů a s nimi související terminologie. Dále jsou vysvětleny vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy, je představen bankrotní model a metoda mezipodnikového srovnávání. V následujícím kroku jsou vybrány společnosti, které vyhovují požadavkům managementu fondu a tyto společnosti jsou analyzovány pomocí finanční analýzy. Následně jsou společnosti podrobeny mezipodnikovému srovnání a bankrotnímu modelu. Výstupem práce je investiční doporučení pro management fondu kvalifikovaných investorů. This work is focused on creating a proposal to supplement the portfolio of hedge fund with titles from the segment of the semiconductor industry. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the hedge funds and related terminology. Furthermore, selected indicators of financial analysis are explained. The bankruptcy model and the method of intercompany comparison are introduced. In the following step companies that meet the requirements of fund management are selected and these companies are analyzed using financial analysis. Additionally, the companies are subject to an intercompany comparison and a bankruptcy model. The output of the work is an investment recommendation for the management of hedge funds.
