Předmětem této práce je návrh snížení mzdových nákladů využitím dotace z Evropské Unie pro malé a střední podniky pro společnost Actimmy a.s. Teoretická část charakterizuje malý a střední podnik a jeho význam, požadavky na získání dotace a výhody a nevýhody outsourcingu a vlastních zaměstnanců. Praktická část obsahuje návrh, jak se může společnost zachovat, když dotaci dostane i nedostane a výběr nejvhodnějšího řešení. The subject of this thesis is the reduction in labor costs using the grant from the European Union for small and medium-sized businesses for the company Actimmy a.s. The theoretical part characterizes small and medium-sized enterprise and its importance, the requirements for obtaining grants, and the advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing and own employees. The practical part includes a proposal on how the company can react, if it gets the grant or not, and choosing the most suitable approaches and solutions.
