Bakalářská práce vychází z ateliérového projektu předmětu Interiér. Rozvíjí architektonickou studii kostela Blahoslavené Marie Restituty situovaného v Brně v městské části Brno-Lesná. Objekt je přístavbou stávajícího Duchovnímu centra, kde se sloužily katolické mše doposud, avšak jeho kapacita je již nedostačující. Stavební pozemek je mírně svažitého charakteru, je umístěn mezi sídlištní zástavbou, poblíž tramvajové smyčky Čertova Rokle. Celá přístavba se skládá ze dvou stavebních celků, prvním je rozšíření prostor Duchovního centra ve své původní kubické hmotě, druhým celkem je budova kostela, koncipovaná jako samostatná stavba, která navazuje na rozšířenou část Duchovního centra. Všechny tři části, tedy stávající Duchovní centrum, jeho rozšíření i novostavba kostela jsou propojeny přímou dlouhou chodbou, jež se v prostorách rozšíření původní kubické hmoty větví a propojuje tak hmotu hlavní lodi kostela na dvou místech s prostory potřebnými pro provoz kostela. Všechny prostory jsou převážně dvoupodlažní, nad částí hlavní lodi kostela je druhé podlaží s prostorem kůru, pod stávajícím Duchovním centrem je podzemní podlaží s podzemními garážemi a technickým zázemím stavby. V části rozšíření Duchovního centra je stavba jednopodlažní. Nosnou konstrukcí kostela je železobetonový stěnový systém, nosný systém střešní konstrukce je tvořen plnostěnnými lepenými dřevěnými vazníky a vaznicemi. Rozšíření původní kubické hmoty, kde je umístěno zázemí kostela, je řešeno jako stěnový systém z tvárnic Ytong. Nosná část střešní konstrukce této přístavby je tvořena panely Spiroll. Založení objektu je provedeno základovými pasy, ve stávající části je nosný systém skeletový se základovými patkami. Fasáda objektu je řešena klasickými omítkami, prosklenou částí a měděnými perforovanými panely ve vstupním objektu a na zvonici. Tyto ozdobné prvky ve formě měděných panelů dokreslují celkový jednoduchý kubus kostela a nesou motivy s církevní tematikou, znázorněnou palmovými listy.
This bachelor thesis is based on the studio project of the subject Interior. It develops architectural study of the church of the Blessed Mary Restituta situated in Brno in district Brno-Lesná. The building is the extension of the current Spiritual Center, where the Catholic religious services were held so far, but its capacity is no longer sufficient. Building land is gently sloping character, is positioned in the housing estate, close to the tram loop Čertova Rokle. The entire extension consists of two structural units, the first is expansion space of the current Spiritual Center in its own original cubic mass, and the second is church building, designed as a separate structure that follows the extended part of the Spiritual Center. All three parts, the current Spiritual Center, its expansion and new construction of the church are directly connected to a long corridor, which branch out in the area of a new cubic expansion of the original mass and connects to the mass of the nave in two locations with facilities necessary for the operation of the church. All areas are mostly two-storey. Over part of the nave is second floor space with gallery, under the current Spiritual Center is the ground floor with underground garage and technical facilities. In the new expansion of the Spiritual Center is a building only single-storey. The supporting structure of the church is a reinforced concrete wall system, supporting system of the roof structure is made up of solid glulam timber truss. The supporting structure of the extension of the original cubic mass, where the church facilities is located, is designed as a wall system of Ytong blocks. The supporting part of the roof structure is made up of panels Spiroll. The house is founded on reinforced concrete foundation strip, the current support system is the skeleton with reinforced concrete foundation block. The facade of the building is solved by a traditional plaster, glass parts and copper perforated panels.
