Předmětem bakalářské práce je zhotovení dokumentace pro stavební povolení a provádění stavby barokní fary v Sebranicích u Boskovic. Projekt vychází z předmětu AG033 – Ateliér architektonické tvorby 3 - Obnova památek. Cílem ateliérové práce byla obnova a nové funkční využití stávajícího a v současnosti nevyužívaného památkově chráněného objektu barokní fary. Stávající podoba fary pochází z 18. století a v současnosti je ve špatném technickém stavu. Je důležité její statické zabezpečení. Při návrhu jsem se zaměřila na budoucí využití objektu a praktičnost při maximálním zachování památkově hodnotných částí. Stávající objekt je doplněn o přístavbu s technickým zázemím a proměněn na kulturně-komunitní centrum obce. Zatímco první podlaží poskytuje komunitní prostory pro různé workshopy, v druhém podlaží se nachází muzeum loutek a multifunkční sál. Důraz byl též kladen na funkčnost celého areálu. Ten je stavbou rozdělen na tři části. Východní část s komunitní zahrádkou, západní s letním kinem a prostorem pro konání větších kulturních akcí a severní se zahradou vedoucí k malému objektu knihovny. Celé revitalizované území tak může sloužit občanům pro různé typy akcí a být plně využíváno. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is to prepare documentation for building permits and the documentation for the building construction of a baroque rectory in Sebranice near Boskovice. The project is based on the subject AG033 - Studio of Architectural Design 3 - Restoration of Monuments. The aim of the studio work was the renewal and new function of the existing and currently unused listed building of the Baroque rectory. The existing appearance of the rectory dates from the 18th century and is currently in poor technical condition. It is important to secure it statically. During object design, I focused on the future use of the building and practicality while maximally preserving the valuable parts. The existing building is supplemented by an extension with technical facilities and transformed into a cultural and community centre of the village. While the first floor provides community rooms for various workshops, the second floor contains a puppet museum and a multifunctional hall. Emphasis was also placed on the functionality of the entire complex. It is divided into three parts. The eastern part with a community garden, the western part with a summer cinema and space for larger cultural events and the northern part with a garden leading to a small library building. The whole revitalized area can now serve the citizens for various types of events and be fully utilized.
