Bakalářská práce se zabývá sestavením kompletního podnikatelského plánu pro založení posilovny. Bakalářská práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky související s daným tématem, analytickou část a návrh podnikatelského plánu pro založení posilovny. V analytické části jsou použity SLEPT analýza, analýza trhu, Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil a SWOT analýza. Závěrem práce bude posouzení realizace návrhu. This bachelor thesis deals with composition of business plan, leading to establishment the fitness center. Bachelor thesis contains theoretical knowledge related to the topic, analytical part and the proposal of business plan for the establishment the fitness center. I used SLEPT analysis, market analysis, Porter's model of five competitive forces and SWOT analysis in the analytical part. Final part of this thesis contains assessing the implementation of the proposal.
