Diplomová práce se zaměří na analýzu aktuálního využití Building Information Modeling při tvorbě rozpočtů a jejich vzájemnou kooperaci v praxi. V rámci praktické části bude vytvořen 3D model rodinného domu, na kterém budou názorně demonstrovány klíčové aspekty této problematiky. Obsah praktické části zahrnuje detailní popis postupů a procesů, které byly využity při vytváření modelu. The thesis will focus on analyzing the current utilization of Building Information Modeling in budget creation and its mutual cooperation in practice. As part of the practical section, a 3D model of a family house will be created to visually explain the key aspects of this issue. The practical part will include a description of the procedures and processes employed in the modeling.
