Bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním podnikání fyzické osoby a podnikání právnické osoby, a to z hlediska celkových ročních odvodů státu. Dále hodnotí ostatní aspekty, které mohou ovlivňovat volbu jednotlivých právních forem podnikání. This bachelor thesis describes the differences between business activity run by physical person entrepreneur and business activity run by legal entity in terms of the total amount of the annual state's levies. Moreover, it takes into account other aspects, which might have an affect on taking decision of the particular legal forms as far as business is concerned.
