Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou degradace daktyloskopických stop. Mimo souhrnu metod zpracování a využití daktyloskopických stop v běžné kriminalistické praxi, výčtu vlivů na degradaci stop, popisu způsobů počítačového zpracování a charakteristiky algoritmů ohodnocujících kvalitu otisků prstů obsahuje práce i tvorbu vlastních sad otisků prstů, které byly vytvořeny na různých materiálech a zkoumány v různých prostředích v závislosti na čase. Vzorky jsou vyhodnocovány jak v laboratořích Odboru kriminalistické techniky a expertiz Policie ČR, tak algoritmicky. K tomu byl vyvinut nástroj, který využívá algoritmů NFIQ 2.1, MINDTCT, FingerJetFX OSE a knihovny Innovatrics SDKit, jehož výstupem je přehledná vizualizace výsledků algoritmické analýzy. Pozorováním i algoritmickou analýzou byla prokázána problematičnost určení míry degradace ze snímků otisků prstů. The bachelor thesis deals with the problem of the degradation of dactyloscopic traces. Apart from the summary of the methods of processing and use of dactyloscopic traces in common criminalistic practice, enumeration of influences on the degradation of traces, description of computer processing methods and description of algorithms evaluating the quality of the fingerprints, the thesis includes the creation of sets of fingerprints, which were created on different materials and examined in different environments depending on time. The samples are evaluated both in the laboratories of the Department of Criminalistics and Expertise of the Police of the Czech Republic and algorithmically. For this purpose, a tool that uses the NFIQ 2.1, MINDTCT, FingerJetFX OSE algorithms and the Innovatrics SDKit library has been developed. The output of this is a clear visualization of the results of the algorithmic analysis. The difficulty of determining the degree of degradation from fingerprint images was demonstrated by observation and algorithmic analysis.
