Diplomová práce se zabývá metodologií projektového řízení a aplikací této disciplíny v prostředí podniku. V teoretické části práce popisuji exaktní metody projektového řízení, standardy a strukturu řízení projektů. Analytická část pojednává o situaci ve společnosti A.S., organizační struktuře a o metodice užívané vedením společnosti. V návrhové části navazuji na předchozí kapitoly, popisuji řízení projektu dle vybrané metodiky a výsledky interpretuji jak z pohledu úspěšnosti projektu, tak ve srovnání se stávající metodikou. Diploma thesis deals with project management methodology and its application into enterprise environment. The theoretical part describes exact methods of project management and it’s standards and structure. The analytical part describes the situation in company A.S., its corporate structure and the methodology used by management. The practical part follows the previous chapters, describes project management according to the chosen methodology and the results are interpreted both in terms of project success and as compared to the existing methodology.
