Tématem bakalářské práce je projekt rodinného domu. Dům je navržený jako dřevostavba z prvků systému NOVATOP. Objekt je zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem STEICO. Zastřešení objektu je kombinací rovné jednoplášťové střechy s mírným spádem 2% a šikmé sedlové střechy se sklonem 35°. Dům je navržen jako bydlení pro čtyř člennou rodinu. Stavba se nachází v lokalitě Slezské Harty. Obytné místnosti jsou orientovány na jižní stranu s výhledem na vodní hladinu přehrady. The Bachelor thesis topic is a project of detached house. The house is designed as a wooden structure of the system elements NOVATOP. The building is insulated contact system STEICO. Roofed building is a combination of straight single skin roof with a slight slope 2%, and pitched gabled roofs with a slope of 35 °. The house is designed as a housing for a four member family. The building is located in the Slezská Harta. The rooms are south facing with views of the water reservoir.
