V rámci bakalářské práce bylo provedeno posouzení stávajícího stavu koryta na řece Svratce v řešeném úseku od ř. km 27,059 do ř. km 29,751 na katastrálním území města Židlochovice. Posouzení koryta bylo provedeno na řadu N-letých průtoků pomocí 1D matematického modelu HEC – RAS verze 5.0.6. Na základě provedeného posouzení, které prokázalo kapacitu koryta na návrhový průtok Q20 v oblasti intravilánu města, bylo navrženo opatření blízké přírodě na toku a v jeho okolí souladu s plány Povodí Moravy. The bachelor thesis included the assessment of the current state of the channel on the Svratka river in the interest section from river kilometer 27,059 to river kilometer 29,751 in the cadastral area of Židlochovice city. The channel was judged on the line of N-year flows by 1D mathematical model HEC-RAS version 5.6.0. On the basis of the results of the flow, which has proved capacity of the channel on the design discharge Q20 in built up area, was suggested nature friendly measures on the river and neighboring area near the river consistent with plans from Povodí Moravy.
