Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá syntézou fixačních médií vhodných pro fluorescenční mikroskopii liposomů. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši zaměřenou především na charakterizaci, dělení a využití fixačních prostředků v chemické praxi. Experimentální část se dále zabývá výběrem vhodného fixačního prostředku pro přípravu mikroskopických preparátů na bázi liposomů. This bachelor thesis deals with the synthesis of fixation medias suitable for fluorescence microscopy of liposomes. The theoretical part contains a literature search focused primarily on the characterization, classification and use of chemical fixatives in chemical practice. Experimental section also deals with the selection of appropriate fixative for preparation of microscopic preparations based on liposomes.
