Téma bakalářské práce je rodinný dvojdům. Objekt je navržen jako dvoupodlažní, nepodsklepený. Střecha je řešena jako dvouplášťová plochá. Vstup do domu je na severní straně. V přízemí je zádveří, odkud je přístup do technické místnosti, WC a obytné části, která se skládá z obývacího pokoje kuchyně s jídelnou, ze které je výstup na terasu. Schodiště do druhého podlaží se nachází v obývacím pokoji. Ve druhém podlaží jsou z centrální chodby přístupné tyto místnosti: ložnice, koupelna s WC, dva dětské pokoje, komora a šatna. Jde o zděnou stavbu z keramických tvarovek s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Střešní krytina je z asfaltových pásů. The Bachelor thesis topic is semi-detached house. The building is designed as a two-storey, without a basement. The roof is solved as double-shell flat. The entrance is on the north side. On the ground floor is a vestibule, where there is access to the utility room, toilet and living area, which consists of a living room, kitchen with dining room from which is exit to the terrace. Staircase to the second floor is in the living room. On the second floor they are accessible from the central hall of these rooms: a bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet, two children's bedrooms, lumber-room and dressing room. It is a brick building from ceramic fittings with contact thermal insulation system ETICS. The roof is made of asphalt strips.
