Cílem moji bakalářské práce je návrh a posouzení zastřešení horského hotelu, který se nachází v oblasti Velké Karlovice, v nadmořské výšce 512 m.n.n. Půdorysné rozměry stavby jsou přibližně 12x24m, výška po hřeben přibližně 12,0m. První nadzemní podlaží je zděné, druhé nadzemní podlaží a podkroví je řešeno jako dřevěná konstrukce. Střešní konstrukce krovu je navržena jako tradiční vaznicová soustava. The aim of my thesis is to assess the roofing design of the mountain hotel, situated on the Great Karlovic, at an altitude of 512 metres above sea level. The height of the structure is 12.0m whilst the base is 12x24m. The first floor is constructed using brick, whilst the second floor and the attic is designed as a timber structure. The roof truss structure has a traditional framework of that time period.
