Cílem této diplomové práce je zpracovat projektovou dokumentaci pro provádění stavby zadané budovy s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Jedná se o novostavbu fitness centra s restaurací na území statutárního města Opavy v katastrálním území Jaktař. Budova je navržena jako dvoupodlažní s částečným podsklepením na rovinatém terénu. V suterénu se nachází technické zázemí, sklady, spisovna, prádelna a úklidová místnost. V 1. nadzemním podlaží je bezbariérově přístupné fitness centrum, kde se nachází nutriční poradna, solárium, hygienické zázemí a šatny pro uživatele i zaměstnance, masážní místnost, dva funkční sály a posilovna. V 2. nadzemním podlaží jsou prostory restaurace. Nachází se zde střešní terasa, kuchyň a příruční sklady, kancelář, denní místnost, hygienické zázemí pro strávníky a zaměstnance. Před budovou se nachází parkoviště se 74 parkovacími místy. Budova je řešena jako železobetonový monolitický skelet založený na základových patkách a pasech. Výplňové zdivo je navrženo z keramických tvárnic. Zastřešení je řešeno plochou zelenou extenzivní střechou. Budova je zateplena kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. V průčelí budovy je navržen lehký obvodový plášť. The aim of this masters’s thesis is to process project documentation for realization of an assigned building as a nearly zero-energy building. It is a new building of a fitness centre with a restaurant in the city of Opava in the cadastre unit Jaktař. The building is a two-storey with a partial basement in a flat terrain. In the basement is a utility room. warehouses, file room, laundry, and cleaning room. On the first floor is an accessible fitness centre with a nutritional counselling, solarium, hygienic facilities and changing rooms for both visitors and employees, massage room, two exercise rooms and a gym. On the second floor there is a restaurant. There is a roof terrace, kitchen, storage rooms, office, day room, hygienic facilities for both diners and employees. In front of the building there is a parking lot with 74 parking places. The building is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with a foundation pads and strips. The infill wall is made of ceramic blocks. The roof is designed as extensive green flat roof. The building is insulated with the contact thermal insulation system ETICS. A glazed curtain wall is designed on the front of the building.
