Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh Radnice magistrátu města Brna. Řešené území se nachazí v městské části Brno – Město. Pozemek je mírně svažitý, s převýšením dva metry, zatravněný, dobře přístupný z ulice Běněšova. Budova radnice bude využívána obyvateli všech věkových a sociálních skupin z Brna a okolí, občany v produktivním věku, seniory, studenty a mladými lidmi. Návrh respektovan podle kontextu dané lokality, urbanistickou a topografickou strukturu místa. Objekt radnice navřen s ohledem na bezbariérový pohyb imobilních a osob s omezenou schopností pohybu. Radnice je samostatně stojící objekt na čtvercovém půdorysu se šesti nadzemními podlažemi a dvěma podzemními. Ve vnítř objektu je atrium, s řadovými okny a nejsou zastřešený. Základní hmota objektu je členěna jedním hlávním vstupem a čtřmi vědlejšími. Hmotové řešení – radnice je založeno na jednoduchosti, kompaktnosti a ritmusem. Základem budovy je obdélník. Radnice je navržena tak, aby byla jasná ve své funkci a kráse. Objekt uprostřed má atrium, sloužíci jako místo pro odpočinek pracovníku a návštěvníku. The theme of this undergraduate work is the proposal of the City Hall of the Brno city. The working area is located in Brno-Center. Land is slightly sloping, with an elevation of two meters, grassy, easily accessible from Beneshova street. The Town Hall building will be used by residents of all age and social groups from Brno and its surroundings, working-age citizens, seniors, students and young people. Design respected according to the context of the site, urban and topographic structure of the site. The building of the town hall was designed with regard to the barrier-free movement of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility. The Town Hall is a detached building on a square ground plan with six above-ground floors and two underground floors. Inside the building is an atrium, with terraced windows and not covered. The basic mass of the building is divided by one main entrance and four sub-entrances. The mass solution - the town hall is based on simplicity, compactness and rhythm. The building is based on a rectangle. The Town Hall is designed to be clear in its function and beauty. The building has an atrium in the middle, serving as place of the rest for the worker and the visitor.
