Bakalářská práce analyzuje aktuální stav vnitropodnikových pravidel v účetní jednotce. Doplňuje stávající a navrhuje nové vnitropodnikové směrnice dle platné legislativy a jiných platných předpisů, které jsou potřebné pro společnost z hlediska řízení, hospodaření a následné kontrole. Bachelor thesis analyzes actual state of in-house rules in a counting unit. It complements existing rules and it suggests new in-house directives according to actual legislation and further valid rules which they are necessary for a company from standpoint of manage, economy and subsequent control.
