Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na návrh upínacího přípravku pro obrábění na CNC stroji EC-1600. Seznámení s problematikou včetně teorie upínacích přípravků, která je nutná pro návrh a výrobu tohoto přípravku. V práci jsou navrhnuty varianty upínacího přípravku, výpočet řezných sil, upínacích sil, ověření bezpečnosti upnutí a ekonomické zhodnocení. Cílem práce je vytvořit dokumentaci, která pojednává o veškerých informacích ohledně návrhu upínacího přípravku pro vedení firmy OMNI-X CZ. Bachelor’s thesis is focused on design for clamping of machined part on CNC machine EC-1600. Familiarization with issue, including a theory that is necessary for desing and manufactrure of the fixture. There are made design of options fixture, calculations of cutting forces, clamping forces, verification of safety and economic evaluation. The aim is to create the documentation that discusses all information regarding to a proposal fixture clamp of managment of the compandy OMNI-X CZ.
