Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského plánu pro založení soukromé mateřské školy v oblasti Brno-venkov, přímo v obci Želešice. Na základě osobních a zjištěných poznatků a z analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí je sestaven podnikatelský plán, který se zabývá realizací záměru. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů související s podnikáním v da¬ném oboru, společně s možnostmi založení a financování mateřských školek. V praktické části se zabývám konkrétním podnikatelským záměrem – založením soukromé mateřské školky s podrobným finančním plánem na prvních 5 let podávající důležité informace o finančním vývoji podniku a vyhodnocení nejlepší možnosti financování a zjištění, zda je podnikatelský záměr vůbec realizovatelný. The main objective of this thesis is a business plan elaboration concerning the establishment of a private nursery school in Brno region, in the village of Želešice. The business plan is set up on the basis of personal and general findings from the internal and external environment analysis and the plan deals with it own implementation . The theoretical part is focused on defining the basic concepts related to business in the field, together with the possibility of establishing and financing kindergartens. The practical part deals with a specific business goal - the establishment of a private kindergarten with a detailed financial plan for the first 5 years, giving important information about the financial performance of the company and evaluating the best financing options, finally determining whether the business plan is feasible at all.
