Tato diplomová práce se věnuje návrhu tepelného výměníku typu svazek trubek v plášti z polyether ether ketonu. Úvodní část práce seznamuje se základní informací o PEEK, tepelných výměnících a mechanizmech přenosu tepla. Praktická část obsahuje kompletní návrh. Bylo zvoleno konstrukční řešení s přepážkami. Ve výpočtech byly stanoveny tepelné vlastnosti výměníku pomocí metod Bell-Delaware a -NTU. Výměník byl následně výroben a otestován. Naměřené hodnoty pak byly porovnány s výsledky výpočtů. This master thesis deals with design of shell and tube heat exchanger made of polyether ether ketone. The first part introduces basic information about PEEK, heat exchangers and mechanisms of heat transfer. The practical part includes complete design. Thermal properties of heat exchanger were calculated using Bell-Delaware and -NTU methods. Aftewards heat exchanger was produced and tested. Experimental values were compared with calculated values.
