Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou motivace a evaluace zaměstnanců ve společnosti Zdeněk Maixner - ANTIKOR, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V úvodní části jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky týkající se tématu motivace a evaluace. Druhá část je zaměřena na analýzu společnosti, současný systém motivace, hodnocení a odměňování. Poslední část je věnována návrhům, které zdokonalí systém motivace a evaluace zaměstnanců. This master thesis deals with motivation and evaluation of employees in the company Zdeněk Maixner - ANTIKOR, s.r.o. The thesis is devided into three parts. In the initial part of thesis focuses on theoretical knowledge concerning topics of motivation and evaluation of employees. The second part focuses on the analysis of the company, the current system of motivation, evaluation and compensation. The last part is dedicated to suggestions that will improve the system of motivation and evaluation of staff.
