Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na studii průběhu zakázky ve vybraném podniku. Spolupracovala jsem s vybranou společností, která se zabývá dodávkou technologií a zařízení pro oblasti úpravy a dezinfekce vody. V teoretické části se zabývám vysvětlením základních pojmů, které jsou spjaty s průběhem zakázky. V analytické části se věnuji popisu současného stavu průběhu zakázky ve vybraném podniku a na základě těchto informací navrhuji řešení, která by měla vést ke zlepšení zakázkového řízení. This thesis is focused on the study during the engagement of the chosen company. I have worked with selected company, which is engaged in the supply of technology and equipment for the treatment and disinfection of water. In the theoretical part I deal with the basic concepts that are associated with the course of the contract. In the analytical part I describe the current state during the engagement in a selected company and on that basis I propose a solution that would lead to improved management of custom.
