(česky) Tato diplomová práce má charakter případové studie, která se věnuje problematice překladu právních textů z oblasti občanského práva ve směru z češtiny do španělštiny. V teoretické části se zabýváme obecnou charakteristikou překladu právních textů a zaměřujeme se na terminologickou a syntaktickou rovinu právního jazyka. Hlavní metodou empirické části je translatologická analýza soukromoprávních dokumentů, která zahrnuje tři verze originálních textů: výchozí texty psané českým advokátem, překlady do španělštiny pořízené českým kvalifikovaným překladatelem a revize provedené španělským advokátem bez znalosti českého jazyka a českého právního systému. Během analýzy jsme se zaměřili jak na překladatelské chyby v právní terminologii a lexiku, tak i na gramatické a syntaktické překladatelské chyby, kterých se dopustil překladatel. Analyzované segmenty jsou kategorizovány podle kategorií, které uvádí T. Duběda a V. Obdržálková a které jsme rozšířili dle našich potřeb. V samotné analýze pak hodnotíme vhodnost revidovaných ekvivalentů pro daný kontext na základě dostupných zdrojů (odborných právních slovníků a zákonů). Cílem analýzy je sestavit kategorie revizí na základě povahy úprav, které revizor provedl. Výstupem případové studie je sestavený přehled zkoumaných výrazů. Klíčová slova (česky)... (in English): This master thesis is a case study that focuses on the problem of translation of legal texts from English into Spanish in the context of civil law. In the theoretical part, we discuss general characteristics of translation of legal texts and focus on terminology and syntax in the field of the legal language. The main method of the empirical part is a translation analysis of private legal documents which includes three versions of the originals: the source texts written by a Czech lawyer, translations into Spanish, translated by a Czech qualified translator, and revisions reviewed by a Spanish lawyer without knowledge of the Czech legal system. During the analysis, we focused on translation mistakes in legal terminology and vocabulary, as well as grammatical and syntactical translation mistakes made by the translator. The analysed segments are categorized according to the categories given by T. Duběda and V. Obdržálková and which we have extended according to our needs. In the analysis itself, we then evaluate the suitability of the revised equivalents for the given context based on available sources (specialized legal dictionaries and laws).
