Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice péče o fyziologického novorozence a o informovanosti žen (matek) v jednotlivých okruzích dané péče. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány základní ošetřovatelské intervence a postupy v péči o novorozence od jeho příchodu na svět, přes následný pobyt na novorozeneckém oddělení až k jeho propuštění do domácí péče. V úvodu jsou definovány základní pojmy a definice v oblasti porodnictví a neonatologie. Pozornost je věnována problematice specifické péče o novorozence v časném poporodním období, důležitosti a významu vzájemné spolupráce mezi rodiči a zdravotnickým personálem v době pobytu v nemocničním zařízení a veškerým nezbytným bodům edukace rodičů po porodu. V empirické části práce jsou uvedeny výsledky vlastního šetření, zpracování dat a komparace vlastních výsledků práce s výsledky již dříve realizovaných studií. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, v jaké míře jsou matky informovány o průběhu hospitalizace na novorozeneckém oddělení, o průběhu samostatné ošetřovatelské péče o novorozence v časném poporodním období a jak vysokou informovanost a zkušenost mají v oblasti celkové péče o novorozence. Součástí výzkumného šetření jsou také položky zjišťující individuální míru jistoty matek v jednotlivých oblastech péče o svého novorozence. Prezentace vlastního... This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of care of the physiological newborn and the awareness of women (mothers) in the different areas of care. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic nursing interventions and steps in the care of the newborn from its arrival into the world, through the subsequent stay in the neonatal unit to its discharge to home care. In the introduction, basic concepts and definitions in the field of obstetrics and neonatology are defined. Attention is paid to the specific care of the newborn in the early postpartum period, the importance and significance of mutual cooperation between parents and medical staff during the hospital stay and all the necessary points of parental education after childbirth. The empirical part of the thesis presents results of my own investigation, data processing and comparison of my own results with results of previously conducted studies. The aim of the work was to find out to what extent mothers are informed about the course of hospitalization in the neonatal unit, about the course of independent nursing care of the newborn in the early postpartum period and how much information and experience they have in the overall care of the newborn.
