Bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitou edukace klientů, kteří byli zařazeni do programu domácí parenterální výživy. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části je popsána indikace, kontraindikace a historie domácí parenterální výživy, její rozdělení podle typů a nejčastěji používané cévní vstupy. Dále je popsána charakteristika edukace v ošetřovatelství, v edukačním procesu, její cíle, vyhodnocení, způsob vytvoření dokumentace pro realizaci všech fází edukačního procesu. V empirické části je popsána metodika průzkumného šetření. Bylo provedeno kvantitativní metodou pomocí distribuce nestandardizovaných dotazníků klientům, kteří již byli edukováni, či edukováni byli během dotazníkového šetření. Účelem této práce je získání poznatků, jak klienti vnímají způsob edukace prováděné na našem pracovišti, jaké informace považují za nedostatečné, chybějící či nesrozumitelné a jaké informace či edukační materiály by ještě uvítali. Na základě takto získaných informací bude vytvořena ucelená informační brožura, která bude sloužit klientům jako ucelený a srozumitelný celek o domácí parenterální výživě. Výsledkem bude vytvoření kvalitního edukačního protokolu, který bude odpovídat osobním požadavkům klienta a všem fázím edukačního procesu chybějícím na našem pracovišti. The bachelor thesis deals with the quality of education of clients who were included in the home parenteral nutrition program. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and empirical parts. Indications, contraindications, and history of home parenteral nutrition are described in theoretical part. Also, its division by types and the most often used vascular entrances. The characteristics of education in nursing, the educational process, its goals, evaluation, and method of creating documentation for the implementation of all phases of the educational process are also described. The method of the survey investigation is described in the empirical part. It was conducted by using of a quantitative method by distributing non-standardized questionnaires to clients who have already been educated or will be educated during the survey. The purpose of this thesis is to gain the knowledge about how clients perceive the way of education conducted at our workplace, what information they consider to be insufficient, missing, or incomprehensible, and on what information or educational materials they would still like to have. Based on the information obtained in this way, the comprehensive information brochure will be created, to serve clients a clear and understandable whole about home parenteral nutrition. And,...
