Hlavním cílem této práce je návrh doporučení pro upevnění postavení platformy Midnightdeal na tuzemském trhu. Dílčím cílem je představení platformy a zjištění potenciálu v České republice. V první části je vytvořen teoretický přehled sloužící k pochopení dané problematiky. Pro naplnění hlavního cíle práce je provedena analýza vnějšího prostředí za využití vybraných metod (PESTE analýza a Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil) a analýza marketingové komunikace. Pro naplnění dílčího cíle práce je platforma představena spolu s jejím ojedinělým způsobem rezervace. Na základě výsledků z dotazníkového šetření je ověřena cílová skupina platformy a zjištěn potenciál v České republice. Ze zmiňovaných analýz vycházejí návrhy doporučení, které mohou napomoct k upevnění postavení. The main aim of this work is to draft recommendations for strengthening the position of the platform Midnightdeal in the domestic market. The partial goal is to present the platform and discover the potential in the Czech Republic. In the first part, a theoretical overview is created to understand the issue. An external environment analysis using selected methods (PESTE analysis and Porter's model of five competing forces) and an analysis of marketing communication are performed to meet the main goal of the work. To meet the work's sub-goal, the platform is presented along with its unique method of reservation. Based on the results of the questionnaire investigation, the target group of the platform is verified and the potential in the Czech Republic is identified. Based on these analyses, proposals for recommendations may help to consolidate the position.
