Souhrn Název práce: Kasuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou Cervikobrachiální syndrom Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat problematiku a vypracování kazuistiky pacienta s diagnózou Cervikobrachiální syndrom Abstrakt: Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Obecná část představuje anatomii, fyziologii a kineziologii krční páteře. Je zde uvedena definice, příčiny vzniku, klinický obraz, terapeutické přístupy k dané problematice. Speciální část je nejdůležitější částí bakalářské práce. Speciální část se věnuje kazuistice a stanovením fyzioterapeutického plánu pacienta. Detailně probraná kazuistika obsahuje anamnézu, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý, dlouhodobý plán, záznamy o průběhu terapeutických jednotek, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Klíčová slova: Cervikobrachiální syndrom, krční páteř, vertebrogenní onemocnění, kazuistika, fyzioterapie. Title: Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of cervicobrachial syndrome Target: The objective of bachelor thesis is to describe the problems cervicobrachil syndrome Abstract: This bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part contains of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology of cervical spine. It states here the definition, cause, clinical features, therapeutic approaches to the issue. A special section is the most important part of the bachelor thesis. A special section is devoted to case report and determination of the a physiotherapy plan. The case report discussed in detail contains anamnesis, the input kinesiology analysis, short- and long-term plan, records of the therapeutics units, the output kinesiology analysis and evaluation of the effect therapy.
