Rigorózní práce je zaměřena na léčebné metody obsedantně-kompulzivní poruchy (OCD) u dětí a dospívajících. Literárně přehledová část zahrnuje základní informace o OCD u dětí a dospívajících, dále popis aspektů vztahujících se k léčebnému procesu psychických poruch u dané populace. Následuje popis léčebných metod OCD u dětí a dospívajících tak, jak je na ně nahlíženo v odborné literatuře. Dále je zde kapitola popisující situaci v České republice v souvislosti s péčí o děti a dospívající s OCD v kontrastu s možnostmi péče, které jsou dostupné v USA. Výzkumná část se skládá ze dvou částí, obě jsou kvalitativního charakteru a cílí na získání vhledu do psychoterapeutické a psychiatrické praxe v souvislosti s léčbou OCD u dětí a dospívajících. Metodou sběru dat je v obou případech polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Data získaná v rámci první výzkumné části jsou analyzována metodou tematické analýzy. Data získaná v rámci druhé výzkumné části jsou prezentována formou kazuistik a analyzována holisticky. Výsledky první části popisují, jaká klíčová témata se v souvislosti s průběhem léčby OCD u dětí a dospívajících vyskytují napříč výpověďmi pedopsychiatrů a psychologů, jaký léčebný přístup vybraní odborníci považují za nejlepší a jaké limity v souvislosti se systémem péče o děti a dospívající s OCD v České republice... This rigorous thesis focuses on methods that treat obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in children and adolescents. The literature review contains basic nformation about OCD in children and adolescents and a summary of the aspects concerning the process of treating mental disorders in this population. Following this is a summary of therapeutic methods in OCD- affected children and adolescents as found in scientific literature. Furthermore, there is a chapter describing the situation in the Czech Republic regarding care for children and adolescents with OCD in contrast to care practices available in the USA. The research consists of two parts, both qualitative in character. It aims to gain insight into psychotherapeutic and psychiatric practices in the context of treating OCD in children and adolescents using semistructured interviews as a method of gathering data in both cases. The data acquired in the first part of the research is analyzed using thematic analysis. The data in the second part is presented casuistically and analyzed holistically. Results of the first part describe which key themes of the process of treating OCD in children and adolescents are common among pedopsychiatrists and psychologists, which therapeutic approach is regarded as best by certain experts, and what limits they perceive in...
