Název: Asymetrický silový trénink a jeho vliv na maximální sílu Cíle: Cílem mé bakalářské práce je porovnání vlivu asymetrického a symetrického silového tréninku na rozvoj 1RM u cviku bench press a mrtvý tah. Metody: Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 16 probandek, které se rozdělily do dvou skupin, experimentální skupiny 1 a experimentální skupiny 2. Experimentální skupina 1, n=8 účastnic, prováděla po dobu deseti týdnů asymetrický silový trénink. Experimentální skupina 2, n=8 účastnic, prováděla po dobu deseti týdnů symetrický silový trénink. Po absolvování intervenčního silového programu došlo k výstupnímu měření a následně k vyhodnocení výsledků. Data jsem analyzoval pomocí aritmetického průměru, směrodatné odchylky, věcnou a statistickou významnost jsem zjišťoval pomocí ANOVA a Cohenova koeficientu účinku. Výsledky: V celkovém průměru se více zlepšila u bench pressu skupina, která absolvovala symetrický silový trénink. Naopak u mrtvého tahu došlo k většímu zlepšení u skupiny, která prováděla asymetrický trénink. Závěr: Z výsledků vyplývá, že i asymetrický trénink může mít v silově kondiční přípravě své opodstatnění. Asymetrické zatížení lze využít jako rozbití tréninkového stereotypu. Klíčová slova: Asymetrie, odporový trénink, síla, offset trénink, softball Title: Asymmetric strength training and its impact on maximal strength Objectives: The aim of my bachelor's thesis is to compare the impact of asymmetric and symmetric strength training on the development of 1RM in the bench press and deadlift exercises. Methods: Sixteen female participants took part in the research, who were divided into two groups, Experimental Group 1 and Experimental Group 2. Experimental Group 1, with n=8 participants, performed asymmetric strength training for a period of ten weeks. Experimental Group 2, also with n=8 participants, performed symmetric strength training for the same duration. After completing the intervention strength program, a post-test measurement was conducted, followed by the evaluation of the results. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and the significance of the results was assessed through ANOVA and Cohen's effect size coefficient. Results: On average, the group that underwent symmetric strength training showed greater improvement in the bench press exercise. Conversely, the group that performed asymmetric training demonstrated greater improvement in the deadlift exercise.
