Slaďování pracovního a rodinného života - perspektiva českého i evropského práva Slaďování pracovního a rodinného života je v dnešní době velmi aktuální otázkou. Zaměstnanci již nechtějí volit mezi prací a péčí, chtějí mít možnost vykonávat oboje. Právní úprava reaguje na tuto potřebu - vytváří podmínky, které podporují slaďování. To má pozitivní vliv na produktivitu a spokojenost zaměstnanců. Kromě toho má sladění rodinného a pracovního života pozitivní vliv na celospolečenské faktory, jako jsou demografická stabilita a udržitelný ekonomický růst, a to z něj činí i politicky velmi zajímavé téma. Diplomová práce přináší komplexní pohled na problematiku sladění pracovního a rodinného života v kontextu platné právní úpravy v České republice a v rámci Evropské unie se zaměřením především na pečující osoby. Hlavním cílem práce je poskytnout čtenářům ucelený přehled současné legislativy týkající se sladění pracovního a rodinného života, zejména zaměřený na flexibilní formy zaměstnávání, institut překážek v práci na straně zaměstnance a finanční zabezpečení v situacích, kdy zaměstnanec nemůže pracovat z důvodu péče o jinou osobu. Práce dále zkoumá normy evropského práva a jejich dopad na tuzemskou legislativu, přičemž upozorňuje i na nelegislativní iniciativy Evropské unie v oblasti slaďování pracovního... Harmonisation of work and family life - the perspective of Czech and European law Harmonising work and family life is a very topical issue today. Employees no longer want to choose between work and care; they want the possibility to do both. The legal framework responds to this need - it creates conditions that support this harmonisation. This has a positive impact on productivity and employee satisfaction. Moreover, balancing work and family life positively influences societal factors, such as demographic stability and sustainable economic growth, making it a politically intriguing topic as well. The thesis offers a comprehensive view of the work and family life harmonisation in the context of the current legislation in the Czech Republic and within the European Union, focusing especially on caregivers. The main goal of the thesis is to provide readers with a comprehensive overview of current legislation concerning the harmonisation of work and family life, particularly focusing on flexible forms of employment, obstacles at work from the employee's side, and financial security in situations where the employee cannot work due to caring for another person.
