Rigorózní práce se zaměřuje na přínosy a úskalí služby asistovaného předávání dítěte mezi rodiči, kteří si prochází konfliktním rozchodem. Navazuje na diplomovou práci s názvem Přínosy a úskalí asistovaného předávání dítěte z pohledu rodičů (Pacáková, 2022). Diplomovou práci rozšiřuje v teoretické i výzkumné části práce. Obsahem literárně přehledové části je zpracovaný přehled vývoje rozpadu rodiny a procesu transformace rodiny jako celku do nové fáze. Důraz je kladen na konfliktní aspekty objevující se v období rozpadu rodiny a na tematiku vysoce konfliktních rozvodů. Jsou popsány podpůrné služby odborníků, kterých může rodina v tomto období využívat, se zaměřením na službu asistovaného předávání mezi rodiči. Výzkumná část kvalitativního charakteru mapuje centrální témata pojící se se službou asistovaného předávání dětí z pohledu rodičů a asistentů. Analýza dat je provedena pomocí metody tematické analýzy na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s rodiči využívajících služby asistovaného předávání dětí a asistentů asistujících při předávání. Výstupy analýzy popisují důležité oblasti rozpadu vztahu rodičů a přínosy a úskalí služby asistovaného předávání... Pacáková, M. (2022). The rigorous thesis focuses on the benefits and difficulties of assisted handover of a child between parents who undergo a problematic separation. It follows up a diploma thesis entitled Benefits and difficulties of assisted child handover from the parents' and assistants' point of view (Pacáková, 2022). It extends the diploma thesis in both the theoretical and the empirical parts of the thesis. The content of the literature review section describes the development of family breakdown and the process of transformation of the family as a whole into a new phase. Emphasis is placed on the risk factors and conflicts that arise during the break-up period and on the issue of highly conflictual divorces. It covers the means of trained professionals suited to help such families allowing the resolution of disputes. The focus is on assisted handover. The empirical part of a qualitative nature maps out the central topics related to the service of assisted handover of a child from the parents' and assistants' point of view.
